When Dr. Ignatius Piazza advertises via the NRA in their publications or otherwise, he finds a receptive crowd in NRA members and an amenable organization in the NRA.
When Dr. Ignatius Piazza submitted his advertisement for his free submachine gun course, a one-day course normally valued at several hundred dollars, the NRA disapproved it. When asked why, the NRA said that the political climate wasn’t right to be seen advocating submachine guns. You could have knocked Piazza over with a feather. He had never had trouble advertising his rifle training or handgun training, and now the NRA was stopping him from giving their members a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Featured in the World Net Daily, Dr. Piazza had this to say on the matter, “Maybe what the NRA wants us to offer is a free musket course or a free sporting clays course. The NRA could then report on such courses without the fear of upsetting their slave masters in Washington. I guess if the NRA ran a story about Front Sight's uniquely positive and extremely successful free submachine gun courses, the NRA might actually have to stand up and tell the people who hold their chains that the Second Amendment is not about the freedom to own antiques or sporting arms.”

Dr. Ignatius Piazza’s handgun training, along with all his other gun training, is still available and still advertised by the NRA. But while his free submachine gun lessons come and go, NRA members may never hear of it.
